The 2013 Fête was held on Saturday, August 3rd. It combined the traditional summer show of the Shevington Allotment and Horticultural Society with stalls from other organisations in the village.
We had generous sponsorship from Wigan and Leigh Housing. The weather was smashing!
The Fête was generally considered to have been a great success and a splendid community event.
Our thanks to Wigan and Leigh Housing who generously supported this event, together with our local councillors through their Brighter Borough Funds, Shevington Parish Council and Shevington and District Community Association.
